As an HR Adviser, you will:

Ì Provide expert guidance and advice throughout the full employee journey, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Ì Coach managers in early resolution and formal employee relations concerns, fostering a supportive environment where employees can thrive.

Ì Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and effectively address HR matters.

Ì Demonstrate high levels of organizational skills to manage your time efficiently and handle multiple priorities with ease.

Ì Bring a professional attitude and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Ì You will support our efforts to promote well-being, diversity, and a shared sense of belonging, while also contributing to effective change management processes.

We are currently operating a hybrid-model of working. However, the successful candidate would be expected to work on campus for part of the week based at the RWCMD in Cardiff as well as time at the central USW offices on the Treforest campus.
