We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead the Centralised Business Admin Team and Flexible Workforce Band 3 Admin Teams. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Operational Support Manager (OSM) to deliver high-quality central management support functions, focusing on performance, administration, and coordination.
You will be part of the Combined Community & Acute Care Group, one of the largest care groups within Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. With three directorates spanning acute and community services across primary and secondary care, this care group is at the forefront of developing innovative, integrated ways of working.
The Directorate of Integrated Community Care focuses on delivering seamless care for patients with needs that cross primary, community, intermediate, and acute care, aligning with the organisation’s commitment to integration and excellence in patient care.

Qualifications
Essential criteria- GCSE level C or above in English and Maths or equivalent experience/qualifications
- Level 4 qualification e.g., diploma or NVQ level 4 qualification OR NVQ level 3 in business admin/customer care with additional evidence of extra training or qualifications undertaken in an administrative setting. IT Qualification e.g., RSA/European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent.
- Leadership/Management Qualification or must be able to evidence experience of leading and managing a team.
Experience
Essential criteria- Extensive experience working in the NHS or other large complex organisation.
- Experience of leading/managing staff
- Experience of working with Data/Data bases
- Use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Use of Patient Information Systems and Records.
