Responsibilities:

Volunteering as an Admin Support Volunteer will enable you to support our Administration team with booking appointments, sending letters and the day-to-day general office duties.

We are looking for someone who is organised with good verbal and written communication skills.

As part of your journey with us attending our training sessions is essential to support you in your role. Our QLS accredited sessions will equip you with what you need to thrive in your volunteer role.

Training dates (all sessions run from 10am until 2.30pm):

  • Induction training Part 1 - Wednesday 18^th June 2025
  • Induction training Part 2 - Thursday 19^th June 2025
  • Boundaries/Confidentiality training - Thursday 26^th June 2025
  • Drug awareness training - Friday 27^th June 2025
  • Harm reduction training - Tuesday 1^st July 2025
  • Alcohol awareness training - Wednesday 2^nd July 2025
