As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and assisting with classroom management.

• Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons to students across Key Stage 1 & 2.
• Assist with managing the classroom environment and ensuring a positive, focused learning atmosphere.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may need extra help with their learning.
• Support students' social and emotional development, ensuring they feel safe and included.
• Help prepare classroom resources and assist with administrative tasks.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers as needed.
