Part-time Accounts Assistant **

** 30hrs per week **

** £25,000 - £29,500 fte **

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join a Warwick company which has undergone rapid growth. This part-time role, would be ideal for someone looking for school hours and / or a stable long-term position.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, main duties are likely to include:

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the sales ledger, including posting sales applications/invoices and receipts onto the job costing system and assisting with the credit control function.
• Assisting in the compilation of the monthly payment run and processing proforma/adhoc payment requests.
• Raising and posting recharge invoices between group companies.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Assisting with CIS reconciliations and submission.
• Preparing quarterly VAT returns.
• Assist with year-end reconciliation processes.
• Ad hoc duties and accounts department administration.

To be successful in this position:

• You will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role.
• You will be happy to be office based.

This position is ideally 30hrs per week, but different hours may be considered for the right candidate.
