What You Will Do:- Process payments, invoices, income, and receipts, reconciliation, and enter data into excel spreadsheets for head office.
- Prepare financial statements showing business income and expenditure.- Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances.- Record any inconsistencies and reconcile inaccuracies.- Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets.- Assist with budget and cost control What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or as an Accounts Assistant.- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.- Excellent communication skills for liaising with global suppliers and the head office.- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
