Job Description- Managing legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Communicating with clients over the phone and via email in a professional manner
- Assisting with billing procedures
- Supporting a small team of PAs
- Expenses/invoices
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Maintaining and updating client databases
- Handling general administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
- Contributing to the team's targets and goals
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Administrator should have:
- A degree in Law or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and staff at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Previous Admin experience - up to date with the systems as this role is paperless!
