- Assist with the management of complaints and incidents
- Collate investigation documents
- Ensure timelines are monitored and adhered to
- Upload documents
- Organise meetings
- Monitor achievements against outcomes
- Monitor compliance
- Send reminders
- Report compliance data monthly as required for clinical governance quality reporting
- Monitor compliance
- Source due documents
- Upload documentation
- Report compliance data as required for clinical governance quality reporting
- Log information requests
- Source and upload appropriate documentation and ensure that it is appropriately sent to the requester
- Assist with the completion of reporting documents by sourcing and collating data required

- Monitor compliance of contractual obligations in relation to patient pathways
- Monitor policy and risk register compliance; send appropriate notifications

ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computerised systems, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in a PA or administrative role is advantageous.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good people skills; personable, articulate.
- Customer service experience is useful.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about compliance regulations.
- Confidentiality is vital to the role
- Happy to travel between Epsom and Cobham sites when required
Overview of the Organisation
The Company is part of the Epsomedical Group, which includes Epsom Day Surgery and Cobham Day Surgery. Your employment will require you to undertake duties on behalf of any Epsomedical Group company and at any Epsomedical establishment.
