Admin Support

Repetitive movements as required for data input Work will be predominantly office based although travel to support services taking place at other Trust locations may be required Mental Effort Predictable concentration (e.g. for transcribing) Ability to check own work Ability to pay attention to detail where there are unpredictable interruptions to the work pattern Typing complicated documents Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations Support the team handling appropriate customer complaints in relation to the service, escalating formal complaints to a Band 5 Senior Admin Lead if appropriate and liaising with other relevant departments and agencies For more information on this role please see attached Job description and person specification.
