Your Role as a Compliance Assistant:Supporting the compliance and HR teams, you will help ensure that all policies and procedures are up to date and in line with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Monitoring and updating compliance records across multiple schools
- Assisting with safeguarding, HR, and GDPR compliance processes
- Liaising with school staff and leadership teams to ensure policies are implemented correctly
- Preparing reports and supporting audits to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of training and certifications
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in compliance, HR, or education administration is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Understanding of safeguarding and GDPR policies (or willingness to learn)
