The Talent Set are thrilled to be partnering with a fantastic educational establishment as they search for their new Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the digital strategy, driving online growth, and maximising their digital ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee and manage their social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising.
- Manage the website and CMS, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, display advertising).
- Conduct user research and analyse website analytics to optimise user experience and conversion rates.
- Optimise the website for search engines (SEO) and paid search (SEM) to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Track and analyse digital marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
