Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Paediatric Burns Unit at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital to join our team in the position of full-time Burns Camp Administrator and Burns and Plastics Aftercare Unit (BPAC) Receptionist.
This is an exciting time for the Department and we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to be part of our ever growing team
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration service and assist the clinical teams in ensuring our patients and their relatives experience a coordinated and streamlined patient journey.
You will have; *Good communication skills *Impressive keyboard skills
You will be; *Able to complete tasks started or given by others.

Essential criteria- Good basic numeracy and literacy skills
Experience
Essential criteria- Administration experience
- NHS/Health related administrative experience
- Experience of organising recreational activities for children and young people
- Experience using HIVE
Information Technology Skills
Essential criteria- Computer literate/IT trained
- Experience of Microsoft Office Packages
Communication Skills
Essential criteria- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take written messages and forward them appropriately
