An exciting opportunity for a receptionist/office clerk to provide support to the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services(CAMHS) based at North Manchester CAMHS (The Bridge).
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and well organized individual to join our busy team in the role of receptionist/office clerk. To ensure patients receive the best care possible and we are looking for someone to bring a positive approach to our working environment.
Main duties of the job
Successful candidates must have experience working in a busy customer service based role and excellent IT skills. A high standard of both written and verbal communication and a confident telephone manner will be essential. You will need to work flexibly and apply a methodical approach to a varying and busy workload.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. A friendly and conscientious outlook is also required as is the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and patients.
This role is full time Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours

Essential criteria- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent experience
