Site Manager
A vacancy has arisen for a dedicated and capable Site Manager at a vibrant Primary School in Altrincham, to support the day-to-day maintenance, cleaning and security of the school's premises and site, during and out of school hours.
Location: Altrincham, WA14Contract Type: Temporary, Temp to Perm available
Hours: Full-time, flexible start/finish times
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the school
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the school premises
- Oversee the security of the school building and grounds
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers
Key Skills/Experience:
- Site Management/Supervision experience, preferably within a school/college environment
- Strong practical and technical skills for maintenance and repairs
- Organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of school Health & Safety guidelines
