Site Manager

A vacancy has arisen for a dedicated and capable Site Manager at a vibrant Primary School in Altrincham, to support the day-to-day maintenance, cleaning and security of the school's premises and site, during and out of school hours.

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the school
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the school premises
• Oversee the security of the school building and grounds
• Liaise with external contractors and service providers

Key Skills/Experience:

• Site Management/Supervision experience, preferably within a school/college environment
• Strong practical and technical skills for maintenance and repairs
• Organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of school Health & Safety guidelines
