Your new role
As Interim HR Manager, you will join a small HR team supporting a range of activities including objective setting post appraisals, overseeing L&D, producing and sending contracts for the UK and international offices, onboarding, offboarding, promotion announcements and other ad hoc HR projects as they arise.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have operated as an HR Manager within a SME professional services firm or similar where they will be able to demonstrate their generalist HR experience. You will be able to start a new role immediately, committing to hybrid working 3 days per week from the Central London office.You will be able to commit to a 2-3 month duration. For the right person, this could become a permanent role.
