As the Apprenticeship Manager at TOPRA, you will take ownership of the operational delivery and strategic development of the Level 7 Regulatory Affairs Specialist Apprenticeship programme. This is a highly impactful role where you will ensure the programme meets the highest quality, compliance, and learner satisfaction standards.

You will act as the primary point of contact for apprentices, employers, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and providing guidance throughout the apprenticeship journey. Additionally, you will oversee programme performance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the experience for both apprentices and their employers.
