Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to pupils with SEMH needs, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to adjust to secondary school life

- Build strong, trusting relationships with students to promote their engagement, well-being, and progress
- Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the success of individual student transition plans
