I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated care provider who are currently looking to recruit a

Nursing Home / Care Home Manager for their medium sized Nursing Home / Care Home in Great Yarmouth. I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage a beautiful brand-new luxury care home.

Roles and responsibilities for a Nursing Home / Care Home Manager:

• Ensure that the nursing home meets and maintains the CQC requirements
• Ensure all records and documentation are up to date
• Oversee the day to day running of the home
• Take pride in ensuring that the care home is a safe environment for the residents, families and staff
• Supervise the staff and ensure they have up to date training and are able to deliver the highest quality of care possible.

To be considered for this Nursing Home / Care Home Manager role you must:

• Previous experience in a Nursing Home Manager role
• NMC registration is desirable but not essential
• Be able to deliver the highest quality of care
• Strong CQC knowledge
• Be able to make important decisions
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
