Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Project Admin Support candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
  • Support with programme administrative duties such as data entry and file management.
  • Note taking and producing documents.
  • To manage programme calendar.
  • Submit weekly team absence reports.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and assist in the preparation of necessary documents.
  • Liaise effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all documentation is stored securely.
  • Assist in project tasks as required.
  • Ensure all communications are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log program actions onto relevant platform.
  • Support in the preparation of weekly programme reports and summaries.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Admin Support should have:

  • A strong understanding of administrative tasks within a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt to implementation within workforce.
  • An ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to commute to Bury daily.
