- As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will:
Implement and maintain quality controls to ensure the team's work meets or exceeds expectations ✅
Provide relevant training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge ✅
Monitor and assess team performance and behavioural competencies on a regular basis ✅
Develop training and development plans to help team members achieve their objectives ✅
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently ✅
- What we are looking for: ?
A Level 3 award in Financial Administration or a willingness to undertake the qualification ?
Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders ✍️Proven experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling work to meet business objectives ?
A natural motivator and coach with a passion for developing team members ?
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines ?
Outstanding interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues ?
The ability to identify and assess risks in a customer service environment ?️
