IT Technician
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Technician to join our IT Services team. Key responsibilities include first line technical support for staff, pupils and parents, supporting and maintaining the school’s IT hardware, software and infrastructure and supporting new IT initiatives and the implementation of new technologies.
This is a busy role and the post-holder will need to be organised with excellent time management skills. Experience of providing first line IT support, helpdesk ticket management, software installation and documentation and a basic understanding of networking protocols are all essential.
Hours: This is a full-time role working all year roundSalary: £22.000 to £25,000 depending on experience
