The role
As a IT Support Specialist you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will help enhance an existing busy team, bringing continuous professionalism and knowledge to the service provided to our customers.
Day-to-day, you’ll provide first and second line support for bespoke and niche systems, including incident management, system commissioning, technical advice and asset and system management.
Main responsibilities- Responding to helpdesk queries
- Troubleshooting Basic Issues
- Guiding users
- Performing System Maintenance
- Testing and Deployment
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at our Ashchurch, Gloucestershire site.
Essential experience of the IT Support Specialist- Linux administration
- Virtualisation management (VMWare)
- Windows Administration
- Proven Experience working in 1st and 2nd line Support
