Job Description
  • Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Conveyancing team.
  • Preparing and editing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Managing and organising the team's calendar and appointments.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication related to conveyancing matters.
  • Maintaining client files and records in accordance with firm's policies.
  • Assisting with the preparation of client bills and expense reports.
  • Providing support in the organisation of client meetings and events.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Legal Secretary (Conveyancing)' should have:

  • A strong educational background in Law or related fields.
  • Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and legal terminology.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
