  • Prepare and manage legal documents, files and correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
  • Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal reports.
  • Ensure smooth running of the legal department by facilitating office management tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Secretary should have:

  • Excellent knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with legal technology.
  • Outstanding time-management and typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people.
