- Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of legal reports.
- Ensure smooth running of the legal department by facilitating office management tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Secretary should have:
- Excellent knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with legal technology.
- Outstanding time-management and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people.
