Our client, a local primary school in the Swinton area are looking to recruit a School Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with previous experience in a School Office setting to join a nurturing school and assist with all office based functions.
Job Role:The main duties of this Temporary School Administrator role will include:
Working in the main office supporting the Head TeacherReviewing and updating all office procedures
Updating pupil and parent information
Organising all policies and documents
Creating SharePoint directories
Assisting with Reception cover as required
Providing administration support to teaching staff as required
Liaising with staff, parents, Board of Governors and suppliers
General administration duties
The Candidate:
The successful candidate for this Temporary School Administrator will possess:
Previous experience in a school environmentStrong organisational skills
Excellent IT knowledge including all MS Office 365 products
Have a flexible approach to work
Strong administration skills
Hold a current DBS
In return, this role is offered on a full time, temporary basis for a period of approximately 6 months.
