Procurement Specialist (Generalist)

Your new company

You will be working for an international professional services firm focussed on private wealth & business services. With a global presence across many major cities, this firm is known for its strong client-adviser relationships, providing tailored services to a diverse clientele, including large businesses, wealthy individuals, family offices, and wealth managers.

Your new role

You will be working alongside the Risk and Infosec teams to ensure due diligence is completed on supplier products & services, as well as ensuring appropriate terms are in place with suppliers. In this role you will be undertaking industry and market analysis, conducting supplier negotiations and supporting the development and implementation of procurement strategy plans - strategic sourcing & category management, as well as complying with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of e2e procurement processes. You will need to be able to influence commercial decisions by proactively engaging with the business and service functions. You will also need to have great personable skills in order to engage and build relationships with the relevant stakeholders.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000 p/a + package, with a 60/40 split between working in the office and working remotely. You will be joining a maturing procurement function, where you can make your mark in an organisation that is developing an increasingly diverse, inclusive and supportive workplace environment.
