Logistics Administrator
Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week 8:30am to 4:30pm
Location: Southwark Integrated Waste Management Facility, 43 Devon Street, London, SE15 1AL

- Managing the Logistics mailbox
- Updating time slots on the Logistics software ELEMOS
- Creating daily recap tables to highlight missed collections compared to the schedule
- Updating material stock data and forecasts accordingly
- Sending the MRF monthly forecast made by local supervisors to the central logistics team
- Attending weekly calls and updating ELEMOS based on the latest requirements
- Booking collection with local hauliers for the Transfer Station, Household recycling centre and Mechanical Biological Plant
- Supporting the Logistics team with any ad-hoc projects and data admin work
- GCSE level Maths and English or equivalent
- Strong IT skills, and knowledge of Microsoft/Google Packages
- Proven background in an administrative role
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with supervisors, operatives and contractors
- Excellent organisational skills and flexible approach to teamwork
