We have a great opportunity to work as part of our friendly and supportive HR Case Management team providing advice and guidance in relation to sickness absence. In this role you will work with managers requiring advice and guidance on sickness absence, producing absence reports, analysing data to understand the trends and work towards reducing absence.We need an HR Case Advisor who will listen to our customers and provide sound and meaningful advice by contextualising policy, procedures and best practice.
The role would suit someone with extensive HR case management experience to work across all aspects of HR, is confident to deal with the full range of low through to high-risk employee relations matters and has up to date employment law knowledge.
This role will require travel to different sites across East Renfrewshire and we can accommodate a degree of hybrid working with some days worked at home, depending on the needs of the service/workload.

- Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles will typically work from home for up to 40-60% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
