Our client divides spaces by designing and manufacturing internal glazed and solid partitions with integrated door sets.

They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team.

The purpose of this role is to support the Sales and Estimating teams, qualifying all new enquiries into the business, and ensuring estimating quotes and tenders are actively chased and managed with customers. This newly created role will support their customers and colleagues ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all.

• Single point contact for approved installer customers
• Communicating with customers daily
• Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in an efficient manner
• Requesting further information from their customer base to assist estimating
• Creating CRM log / references and setting up tender files
• Managing referral enquiries and chasing quotations
• Providing administration support to the external sales team
• In-house management of sub-contractor accounts
