The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volume of calls and queries
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints
- Salary £23,400 per annum
