The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high volume of calls and queries
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints

• Salary £23,400 per annum
