Endur - Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Endur Platform Expertise:
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Endur platform to design and implement solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Endur-related issues.
• Configure and customize Endur to meet business needs.
• Project Management:
• Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Create detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Endur configurations and customizations.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track project performance and outcomes.
• Quality Assurance:
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
• Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and resolve defects and issues during the testing phase.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience working with the Endur trading platform.
• Proven track record of delivering successful technology projects in the energy trading or financial services industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Endur configuration, scripting, and customization.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other database query languages.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Preferred Certifications:

• Endur certification or relevant technical certifications.
