t7t is seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Designer to join our dynamic team as we redefine the user experience in our innovative product line. In this role, you will leverage your extensive design expertise and leadership capabilities to guide the product design process from concept to execution.
You will be instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to create intuitive and compelling user experiences that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Your design thinking will influence product strategy and you will play a significant role in shaping the future of our offerings.
As a Principal Product Designer, you'll mentor junior designers, ensuring our team continuously grows in skill and creativity, while also establishing a strong design culture within the organization. You'll be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and integrate best practices to keep our designs innovative and user-centered.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for multiple products, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and establish design goals.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge in product design.
  • Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically about product design and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading design teams, driving design thinking across the organization.
