Pay Range: Local Government Scale 6
Actual Salary from: £25,332 – £27,039 (Points 13 - 17)

Start Date: March 2025

The Role

We are seeking an outstanding individual to provide a welcoming and supportive reception to visitors and to provide administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of the school.
  • This post is 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (term-time, plus non-pupil days and 2 weeks during school closure periods)

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deputise for Executive Support Assistant/Admissions Officer/Senior Administrator (Medical) as and when required.
  • Line manage members of the reception/admin team.
  • Create robust procedures using the school's technology in order to streamline and simplify the schools day to day processes.

  • Experience of administrative work in a busy office environment
  • Educated to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • Excellent reading and writing skills
  • Commitment to the safeguarding of children and following relevant policies
