Pay Range: Local Government Scale 6Actual Salary from: £25,332 – £27,039 (Points 13 - 17)

The Role
We are seeking an outstanding individual to provide a welcoming and supportive reception to visitors and to provide administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of the school.- This post is 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (term-time, plus non-pupil days and 2 weeks during school closure periods)

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Deputise for Executive Support Assistant/Admissions Officer/Senior Administrator (Medical) as and when required.
- Line manage members of the reception/admin team.
- Create robust procedures using the school's technology in order to streamline and simplify the schools day to day processes.

We're looking for you if you have:
- Experience of administrative work in a busy office environment
- Educated to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Commitment to the safeguarding of children and following relevant policies
