• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), adapting strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Deliver small group interventions to enhance pupils' learning experiences.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Demonstrate initiative while also seeking guidance when required.
• Show a genuine commitment to students' well-being and personal development.
• Relevant qualifications or experience as a Teaching Assistant (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare).
• Previous UK classroom experience supporting children with SEND.
• A valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or willingness to obtain a new DBS.
• Competitive salary: £76.92 - £90 per day (depending on qualifications and role).
