Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated MLD Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming and inclusive school in Pickering.
The Role:
- Supporting students with MLD on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting the teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Encouraging students to develop confidence and independence
- Helping to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN/MLD
- A patient, empathetic, and positive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
