Job Description
UK Customer Success Executive, Reading:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of the company's products and services.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics and performance.
The Successful Applicant

- Proven experience as a Service Adviser at a car dealership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK as required to meet with clients.

What's on Offer
Salary of £30,000 to £35,000 dependant upon experience.
