Teaching Personnel are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and resilient SEN teaching assistant/ Learning support assistant to work in a school in central Manchester

Within this role you will be working both 1:1 and on a group basis with children with a range of different needs, you will be working alongside the SENCO and school teacher supporting the pupils and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment to help the pupils flourish and thrive

About the role:

  • Full time role
  • Starting ASAP
  • Help ensure the needs of the child are met
  • Helping manage challenging behaviour in the classroom
About you
  • Patient, empathetic and a passion for working with children with a variety of needs
  • Ability to provide tailored support
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with pupils
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children
