We are currently recruiting for a School Receptionist to join us at Danesfield Manor School and Nursery, this exciting permanent position is required to start in April 2025.
We are looking for a well organised, dedicated individual with excellent people skills. This position would suit an experienced School Receptionist or School administrator, preferably with ISAMS experience or possibly someone with an administration background looking for their first role in a school.
Danesfield Manor School is a co-educational independent school for children aged 2 years - 11 years, which provides a broad and balanced education within a unique setting. It offers an individually focused education in a friendly environment, promoting excellence in learning and encouraging exceptional behaviour.It is a truly inclusive school with a unique family feel and offers small classes, dedicated and enthusiastic teachers and experiences catered to the needs and interests of every child. As the School Receptionist, you will have a wide-ranging role. You will be the first person people meet when they arrive at Danesfield. You will be involved in many areas of the school including administration, safeguarding, health and safety, welfare and first aid as well as the reception.Each important area will enable you to play a key role in the continued excellence at Danesfield Manor School.
We are looking for a person who is self-motivated, not afraid to show initiative, enjoys putting processes in place and following systems. The successful candidate will be expected to follow the school’s strong values and work as part of a team.You will be fully trained and welcomed into our friendly school.
