We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator who thrives on detail, has outstanding telephone manner, and is ready to make a positive impact for a company based in Worthing. This role is a temporary position working in the office full time, reception and administration experience is essential.

As an Office Administrator you will:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with enquiries
  • Monitor visitors
  • Ensure the office is kept presentable
  • Order stationery and office supplies
  • Handle complaints as per Company policy
  • Manage the Company database, shared calendar, and ensuring meeting rooms and parking are available for guests and visitors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

The pay rate for this role is £11.44 per hour.
