Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4 (with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 for an experienced candidate)
- Ensure that all lessons are engaging, challenging, and tailored to the needs of all students
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
- Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure their success
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching strategies and outcomes
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and a passion for teaching the subject
- Proven experience in managing student behaviour effectively in a classroom setting
- A good sense of humour and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative school culture
- Enthusiastic about inspiring students to achieve their best and build their confidence in Maths
