Are you a Planning Manager with experience in the Food and Beverage industry looking for an exciting new opportunity where you will play an essential role in a well-established company that are industry leaders offering a fantastic salary package?
On offer is an autonomous role where you will be at the centre of growing the business and working cross functionally with the Procurement, Production and Sales department. You will be developing and managing the production plan for the business to maximise efficiency and productivity whilst leading a small team within the business.This role includes monitoring the progress of the factory to ensure that the service levels of the factory are met and participating in new product development.
This role would suit a Planning Manager with experience in the food and beverage industry looking for a role where you will be in a fast paced environment in a varied role in which no two days will be the same. Your management and communication skills will be essential to ensure you succeed and work effectively.
The Role:
- Develop and manage the Production Plan for the business in line with the demand forecast
- Manage a team of coordinators and administrators
- Monitor the progress of the factory to ensure service levels are met
- Comply with safety procedures
- Determine the quantities of raw material required for the manufacturing site
The Person:
- Demand Planning / Supply Chain Management experience
- Planning Manager Experience
- Experience working with ERP Systems
- Experience in forecasting
