Job Description

Accounts Payable responsibilities:

• Looking after email inbox and sorting emails
• Set up new supplier accounts
• Inputting Accounts Payable invoices
• Liaising internally and externally on invoicing queries
• Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
• Profit & Loss Accounts
• Providing cover for Accounts Receivable

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Accounts Payable' should have:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
• Efficient in handling large volumes of invoices
• Good experience in using Excel
• Works well on their own as well as in a team
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
