Bid Manager - Prestigious Law Firm - 2 Days in Office!

The Role: Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic Bid Manager to join the Business Development team of one of our prestigious, law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities for the firm's legal teams.Your responsibilities will include leading tenders, drafting compelling content, managing stakeholder input, and ensuring compliance. You will also mentor a direct report and contribute to training initiatives. As a full-service firm, our client specialises in Commercial/Corporate, Civil Litigation, Housing, Employment, Real Estate & Projects, and Property Development.
Key Skills and Experience:
5+ years in tender/bid management within professional services, ideally legal.Experience in public sector tendering.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple bids and work under pressure.Line management or mentoring experience is desirable.
