Join Our HR Team as an HR Assistant - 1-year fixed term

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for HR and recruitment? We're looking for a HR Assistant to play a key role in supporting the College's hiring process. From co-ordinating job adverts and arranging interviews to liaising with managers and candidates, you'll ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment journey for new starters.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Experience in HR or recruitment (a plus, but not essential!)
