We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator / Sales Estimator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be procuring and producing accurate quotations for existing and potential customers.

The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable liaising with customers via email and telephone. They will also need to be able to work efficiently / prioritise their workload in line with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our area coordinator's and clients to produce quotes in a timely manner.
  • Review client specifications and requirements to ensure all details are captured and included in the quotation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of quotes and ensure timely follow-up with clients to ensure quotes have been received.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for quotations for our customers.
  • Address customer enquiries, clarify details, and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude at all times when interacting with customers.
  • Support the team with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Provide feedback and updates on quotations to management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales estimating role is preferred, but not essential. This can be discussed further if application successful.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in quotations and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
