• Part-Time Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Perfect for working around school hours (e.g., 9:30 am – 2:30 pm).
• Salary: £40K – £46K (actual salary based on a full-time equivalent of £60K – £70K, depending on experience).

Your Responsibilities for the Finance Manager role:

• Provide monthly management accounts and detailed financial reports.
• Use financial modelling to forecast and analyze income streams.
• Develop strategies to maximize profitability and improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive company growth.
• Prepare statutory accounts and provide costings for business decisions.
• Supervise one direct report and attend board meetings.
• Work closely with the CEO, using Sage and CRM systems to manage financial operations.

What You’ll Need to be successful in the Finance Manager role:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a relevant accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLookUps, Pivot Tables) and financial analysis.
• Experience in preparing statutory accounts and using financial modelling.
• A proactive, energetic mindset, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
