Our client, a leading US practice now expanding in the UK, seeks a high calibre Associate to join their Bankruptcy and Restructuring team. Duties will include;Advising on special situations and insolvency Dealing with key financing instruments, including bank loans, high yield debt and intercreditor arrangements. Restructuring related proceedings, including across multiple jurisdictions You must be UK trained and qualified with between 1 to 5 years’ PQE some of which must have been working with a leading firm in London covering the above now with a desire to embrace a broad range of restructuring and bankruptcy work.
