Talent Acquisition Partner
Based in Bristol

Offering £28,000 - £33,000

We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner on behalf of our client who is a global organisation specialising in financial administration and business support services. They are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their existing team based within their Bristol Head Office.

This will be a hybrid opportunity, working within the Bristol office 3 days per week, allowing you the flexibility to work from home.

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will oversee the full recruitment life cycle, playing a key role in supporting team objectives, projects, and SLAs. As a senior member of the team, you'll cultivate strong relationships with various business units and both internal and external stakeholders on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for complex roles across the organisation, showcasing your expertise in managing recruitment campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition COE to drive project initiatives, and contribute to the development and alignment of processes and policies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and implement effective advertising, sourcing, and assessment strategies.
  • Act as a peer coach and role model for TA Partners, providing mentorship, support for escalated issues, and guidance.
  • Ensure a top-tier, candidate-centric recruitment experience.
  • Partner with the broader people team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, with a continuous focus on process improvements.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

In this senior position, you'll interact with a wide range of team members, external partners, stakeholders, and candidates, so outstanding stakeholder management skills and a solution-focused mindset are essential.

While you won't have direct supervisory responsibilities, you'll be expected to guide and support junior team members, so natural leadership qualities will be important.

Skills We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in recruitment, with an expert understanding of recruitment practices honed over time in the industry.
  • A strong grasp of operational recruitment processes.
  • High attention to detail and advanced evaluative judgement based on industry best practices and prior experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate both verbally and in writing when addressing queries.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

If this role is of interest, please APPLY NOW and one of our experienced consultants will be in touch to discuss the opportunity further.
