The role:
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Key Account Manager to play a pivotal role in our Off-Trade channel, helping us achieve ambitious growth targets. In this role, you’ll lead strategic relationships with key customers, drive category and brand growth, and bring exciting new innovations to market.You’ll make sure our iconic ABI beers are available for every occasion, ensuring more consumers can enjoy the brands they love!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage key customer relationships in the Off-Trade channel, ensuring long-term partnerships and growth.
Deliver budgeted revenue and commercial performance targets.
Take ownership of the customer P&L, including investment reconciliation and performance tracking.
Monitor key account performance metrics such as market share and distribution, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Develop, negotiate, and implement Joint Business Plans that deliver on customer and business goals.
Provide regular business reviews and insights, using data analysis to inform decisions and drive account strategy.
Lead the development and execution of commercial, promotional, and activation plans that maximize growth opportunities.
Build and nurture a strong network of internal and external relationships across key customers.
Create and manage a strategic contact plan for all key stakeholders.
Be an inspiring AB InBev brand ambassador, promoting our brands and values with passion.
Continuously develop and enhance your selling and negotiation skills to achieve exceptional results.
Become an expert on your customers, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
Who we’re looking for:

A proven ability to work with data, using Excel to analyze and interpret key insights.

A track record of commercial success in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing key accounts is a bonus but not essential, your attitude and willingness to learn matter most!
